妊娠中期妇女姻亲关系及婚姻适应状况的相关性分析

Analysis on correlation between affinity and marital adaptation of the second trimester women

[目的]分析妊娠中期妇女婚姻适应状况与姻亲的关系。[方法]采用方便抽样抽取成都市部级、省级、市级、区级医院的妊娠中期妇女进行问卷调查,其中包括婚姻适应量表和姻亲关系调节量表。[结果]妊娠中期妇女的婚姻适应得分为1 1 5.1 9分±15.50分,高于临界值107分;妊娠中期妇女与婆婆的亲密度高于与公公的亲密度,与婆婆的压力感却大于与公公的压力感,但是总体差异无统计学意义;相关性分析发现婚姻适应4个维度、总分分别与公婆压力感、亲密度得分呈负相关。[结论]妊娠中期妇女的婚姻适应度越好,其与公婆的压力感越低,亲密性越好,因此,配偶作为这些关系的纽带有着非常重要的作用,夫妻之间应该相互理解,营造一个和谐的家庭氛围,为孩子的出生做好充分的准备。

Objective:To analyze the relationship between affinity and marital adaptation of the second trimester women.Methods:Convenience sampling was used for questionnaire for the second trimester women in ministerial,provincial,municipal,district hospitals in Chengdu city,including Stryker Adjustment Scale,Dyadic Adjustment Scale and affinity.Results: Second trimester women's Dyadic Adjustment Score was 115.19±15.50, which was higher than the critical value 107 points.Intimacy of the second trimester women with her mother in-law was higher than that with father in-law.However,pressure sense was bigger with her mother in-law than that with her father in-law.Overall showed no statistical difference.Correlation analysis was carried out that four dimensions scores and total score of marital adjustment were respectively negatively correlated with pressure sense and intimacy scores with her parents in-law.Conclusion:The better marital adaptation of the second trimester women is,the lower the pressure sense with parents in-laws is,and the better the intimacy with parents inlaws is.Therefore,as a link between these relationships,spouse has a very important role,and mutual understanding should be between husband and wife,so as to create a harmonious family atmosphere,fully prepared for the child's birth.
