摘要
为确保三峡纵向围堰夏季混凝土浇筑质量 ,必须改善高温季节和高温时段砼浇筑仓面温度 ,为此开发了砼浇筑仓面降温系统———仓面喷雾降温机 在三峡二期工程I&IIB标段泄 9#坝段下块进行了单机降温试验 ,该机在不改变混凝土水灰比的情况下能有效地改善混凝土浇筑仓面温度 ,且不影响工人仓面操作 ,解决了三峡工程中仓面降温的难题 该机设计合理 ,性能优良 ,结构坚固耐用 。
To guarantee the construction quality of the “Three Gorges Project” in Summer, the temperature of the concrete-pouring-bin’s surface must be controlled, for which a kind of spraying cooler has been developed. Experiments made in the N0.9 releasing floodwater dam in I&II B-section of the “Three Gorges Second Phase Project” indicate that this equipment can solve the problems efficiently. The spraying cooler,rational in design,excellent in performance,sturdy and durable in structure,can be widely used in water conservancy works and construction works.
