This paper makes a perspicuous analysis on relatives and frien ds＇ interfering about its independent value on sentimental appeasement,situational change,role transformation and sincere performance,and its side-effect on life threatening,criminal intention, disclosure risks,snatching weapon, subduing hijacker, screen offender etc.In order to elude the risks above,the police need to highlight participant selection and psychological construction in preparation and implement full-process control on space,emotion, action, information,atmosphere in negotiation and time to interfere.
