With the development of modern society and the increasing of the individual activities, the investigation information which investigators is facing now is different from the traditional one, causing the contradiction of disposal between the unlimited expansion of information and the limited information. According to the limited rational explanation, with the increasing of uncertain environmental complexities, both of human cognitive and disposal ability for information are limited, it is inevitable impasse for the ease investigation. The development and application of modern data technology fundamentally changed the information collection, storage and analysis, thus effectively solve the current investigation problems. This article suggests ways to realize the relative optimization investigation decision through the investigation subject professional division and the automation of the investigation intelligent judgment.
