摘要
"2009年7.5事件后、新疆最严重的恐怖案件"——巴楚4·23恐怖案件震惊海内外。其处置过程中牺牲了6名民警、1名协警和8名社区干部。本案中暴露出来的问题,很有必要详细分析。从中得到的启示主要是,为提升边疆重点区域反恐专业能力,反恐情报收集、反恐用枪、反恐处置方式等方面都值得改进。
After “7.5 “event in 2009, the worst terrorist case in Xinjiang—“4.23” terror case in Bachu, shocked at home and abroad. 6 police men, 1 associate police man and 8 community cadres sacrificed in the process of the disposal. It is necessary to analysis in detail the problems which exposed in this case. The inspirations mainly are to enhance anti-terrorist professional ability, and improve counter-terrorism information gathering, gun using and disposal ways, etc.
