摘要
研究了湿法合成 Zn O陶瓷样品的结构及缺陷对材料电性能的影响。结果表明 ,湿法合成的 Zn O材料是由主晶相 Zn O、尖晶石相和富 Bi液相组成的。随着烧结温度的提高 ,材料中出现了微空洞型缺陷。通过 SEM、XRD结构分析和对材料电性能的测试 ,给出了阈值电压 E0 、非线性系数 α的变化特点 ,并定性地讨论了材料的结构和缺陷对阈值电压。
Research on the effects of the structure and defect of precipitate hardening ZnO ceramics on it's electric characterization is reviewed. The results indicate that precipitate hardening ZnO ceramics is coposed of main crystal phase ZnO spinel phase and rich Bi Liquid phase. Microcavity defects emerge in the sample with the higher temperature. The value Eb (threshold voltage) and the changing of α(nonlinear coefficient) are given after anolysing SEM and XRD structure and measuring the electric characterization. The effects of structure and defect on Eb and α are also briefly discussed.
