读懂学生对症下药——关注每名学生的学习特点

摘要 班级授课一直是中职课堂的教学组织形式.近年来,在全球教育民主化和个性化思潮推动下,一种新的办学模式——小班教学开始出现.这种模式得以蓬勃发展的原因,是其更加关注到学生本身,能做到对症下药、因材施教.本文从教师的角色出发,探讨中职课堂的大班教学中如何借鉴小班教学的特点,做到读懂学生. The system of class-based teaching has beenapplied in Secondary Vocational School. However, in recentyears, under the influence of global trend of democratizationand individuation,a new training mode has emerged: small-classbased teaching. And the reason for its rapid development liesin that it pays more attention to the individual students, teach-ing students in accordance with their aptitude. The thesismainly focuses on the necessary skills required on teachers toget to know individual student.
