Overview and Prospects on Corrosion and Inhibition in Crude Distillation Unit Overhead

本文针对常减压蒸馏装置塔顶冷凝冷却系统设备和管线的腐蚀来源、腐蚀机理及其影响因素进行论述,并简述了目前常用的腐蚀防护措施。其中重点介绍了国内外蒸馏装置塔顶系统中和剂、缓蚀剂和中和缓蚀剂的研究和应用现状,并对其存在问题和发展方向进行了分析。

This paper reviews corrosion origin, corrosion mechanism and their influence factors incondensation and cooling system of the crude distillation unit overhead, and presents corrosion controllingmethods in the crude distillation unit overhead. The status and development of neutralizers, film-forminginhibitors and neutralizing inhibitors in crude distillation unit overhead are highlighted. In addition, thedevelopment trend on corrosion and controlling in crude distillation unit overhead is forecasted.
