本文基于随机时变钢筋混凝土结构的变化规律 ,以及相应的随机时变抗力模型及其计算方法 ,建立了随机时变钢筋混凝土结构的静力可靠度理论与计算方法。为了处理时变荷载与时变抗力的可靠度问题 ,提出了随机时变钢筋混凝土结构的时变超越率的计算法 ,以及随机时变界限法。
