摘要
构建高校干部队伍作风建设长效机制对推动高校干部队伍作风建设深入开展有着重要的意义。高校干部队伍作风建设长效机制的构建要注重与上级要求相适应;注重与高校实际相结合;注重机制的系统性和可操作性;注重继承与创新相结合等原则。干部作风主要包括思想作风、学风、工作作风、领导作风和生活作风等。高校干部队伍作风建设长效机制的内容应与干部作风建设的内容相一致。高校干部队伍作风建设长效机制构建好后,为了确保执行和落实,与之配套的考核、评价和监督要真正发挥作用。
