介绍了 Ti B2 、BN的主要性能 ;近期有关 Ti B2 、BN的主要研究动态及研究结果 ;Ti B2 - BN复相导电陶瓷的主要性能 ;当前蒸镀工业中蒸发舟所能达到的水平等 ,对 Ti B2 -
In this paper the author introduced the important properties of TiB 2 and BN ,also introduced the major research trends and research results about TiB 2 and BN . Simultaneously reported the main properties of TiB 2-BN compound ceramics and the achieved level about the TiB 2-BN compound evaporator in metal evaporation industry presently , and recommended some suggestion for solving the problems about the TiB 2-BN compound evaporator.
