摘要
本文通过以北京、天津、河北地区的多家中小企业技术人员、管理人员为样本的实证研究,证实了市场定位能力与组织变革能力在资源充足程度和组织独立性两个因素对中小企业破坏性创新绩效的影响过程中均发挥了部分中介作用。根据实证结果解释了中介作用不显著的原因,扩充了现有对组织因素与中小企业破坏性创新绩效的研究,为中小企业管理者进行破坏性创新实践提供借鉴。
This paper takes technicians and managers of several SMEs in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as the empirical research sample. The study confirms that market positioning and organizational changing capability partially play roles of intermediary of the effect of resources sufficiency and organizational independence on disruptive innovation performance of SMEs. Based on the empirical findings, this paper explains the reason mediating role is not significant. This study extends the existing research on the relationship between organizational factors and provides references for managers to practice disruptive innovation.
