摘要
传统的分析局限于企业资源与竞争优势或动态能力与竞争优势影响的单一研究,实际上企业资源、动态能力和竞争优势三者之间会发生相互作用。以我国中药上市公司2009—2011年的财务数据为例,运用结构方程模型探讨中药企业资源与动态能力对竞争优势的影响。实证结果显示,动态能力在企业资源与竞争优势的影响中可以发挥中介作用,动态能力对竞争优势的影响作用大于企业资源对竞争优势的影响作用。其实践意义在于中药企业应该如何提升动态能力来获取持续的竞争优势。
Based on the structural equation model, the paper analyzes the relation ship between firm resources, dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage of traditional Chinese medicine firms by using the data of 2009 to 2011. The results show that dynamic capa- bilities play a role of intermediary in the impact of firm resources and competitive advantage. The effect of dynamic capabilities to competitive advantage is greater than the one of firm resources. This study can improve dynamic capabilities to obtain competitive advantage for the traditional Chinese medicine firms.
