摘要
通常圆柱形蜗杆都是用成型车刀或铣刀加工 ,效率低而且齿形不易控制 ,质量也不易保证。特别是大批量生产时 ,为了提高生产率 ,采用冷轧工艺 ,不仅满足质量 ,效率大幅度地增加 ,冷轧出来的蜗杆疲劳强度提高 ,耐磨性较好。
Cylindrical worms are usually worked by formed turning tool or milling cutter. It is inefficient. The tooth shape is difficult to control and the quality is not easy insured. However, it is of high quality and efficient to adopt cold rolling technics, especially when large scale production is needed. The worms made by cold rolling technics have high fatigue strength and fine antifriction.
