摘要
利用索氏提取法分离聚丙烯酰胺（ＰＡＭ）与丙烯酰胺（ＡＭ）。其提取方法的可靠性、完全性，以薄层色谱法、溴氧化－分光光度法论证，并成功的应用在小苏打试样中ＰＡＭ与ＡＭ的分离检测。
Separating polyacrylamide(PAM) and acrylamide(AM) by Soxhlet extraction apparatus is simple and convenient on operating. With thin-layer chromatography and spectrophotometry, the reliability of Soxhlet extraction apparatus is completely confirmed, and it is successfuly used in separating PAM and AM from Sodium-bicarbonate sample.
