DETECTION OF TRACE ELEMENTS IN THE FURSEAL BY ICP-AES

用 ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法测定了海狗中的１５种微量元素。对微波消解，干法、湿法消解做了对比实验，讨论了与实验有关的相关因素及海狗中所含营养元素的药理功能．该方法回收率为９６．５％～１０３％，相对标准偏差小于４％。

ICP-AES was used for the direct determination of 15 trace elements in fur-seal sample. The influences of acidity and parameters were investigated. The recoveries of this procedure are 96% -103%. The RSD is within 4%. The method is rapid and accurate.
