摘要
该文针对生物组织的特殊光学性质 ,基于统计光学的基本原理 ,通过引入MonteCarlo方法对光在生物组织中的传输规律进行了大量数值模拟 ,得出了光在单层以及多层生物组织中光通量随深度的分布规律 ,计算结果与现有文献已报道的结果吻合较好 ,证明MonteCarlo方法是研究光在复杂 (多层结构、各向异性、强散射 )生物组织中传输规律的有效工具。
In consideration of the special optical properties of biological tissues,this paper introduces the Monte Carlo method to simulate the light propagation and distribution in such medium.On the basis of fundamental principles of statistical optics,the light fluences as a function of depth z in single and multi layered biological tissues are obtained.Calculation results are consistent with those reported in the latest literature.The results verified that the Monte Carlo method is an effective tool to deal with problems of light propagation in complex biological tissues.
