摘要
圆度误差分离技术 (EST)有效地提高了圆度测量精度 .本文对圆度误差分离技术作了综合叙述 ,介绍了圆度误差分离技术的一些基本概念 ,详细讨论了几种常用的圆度测量误差分离方法并简要介绍了一些新的方法 .
By means of the error separation techniques for measurement of roundness, the measuring accuracy of roundness can be improved efficiently. This paper made systemic and integrative theoretical analyses for roundness error separation techniques, introduced some primary concepts,investigated several common separation methods and briefly described some new separation methods.
