摘要
以丁二酸酐和二乙烯三胺为原料,在冰水浴条件下合成AB2单体,优化了AB2单体的反应时间,并在不同的反应条件下通过熔融聚合的方法,将AB2单体制成了不同氨基含量的端氨基超支化聚合物,得出:AB2单体的较佳反应时间为12h,合成的端氨基超支化聚合物的氨基含量最高可达5.85%。将合成的端氨基超支化聚合物作为染色助剂,应用于超细纤维合成革基布的染色工序中,考察了端氨基超支化聚合物染色助剂的氨基含量和在基布中的加入量,对基布染料上染率、基布表面色度、基布耐干湿擦牢度的影响。研究结果表明:当端氨基超支化聚合物的氨基含量为5.85%、用量为基布质量0.8%时,基布的上染率可达92.92%,表面色深度较高,耐干湿擦牢度较好。
AB2 monomer was synthesized under the condition of ice water bath,with succinic anhydride and diethylenetriamine as raw materials. The reaction time of AB2 monomer was optimized. The different amino contents of amino - terminated hyper- branched polymer were synthesized by AB2 monomer with molten polymerization under different reaction conditions. The results indicate that the optimum reaction time of AB2 monomer is 12h,the amino content of the amino -terminated hyperbranched polymer can reach to 5.85%. The amino - terminated hyperbranched polymer was applied for dyeing as dyeing auxiliaries in polyamide mi- crofiber synthetic leather base. The effects of the amino content and the dosage of the amino - terminated hyperbranehed polymer on rate of dye - uptake, surface chromaticity and resistance to dry and wet rubbing fastness of the base were discussed. The results indicate that when the amino content and the dosage of hyperbranehed polymer are 5.85% and 0.8% respectively,the rate of dye uptake can reach to 92.92%. The surface chromaticity and resistance to dry and wet rubbing fastness of the base are better.
