Analysis of Volatile Organic Compounds in Leather by Headspace Gas Chromatography

摘要 采用顶空-气相色谱法对皮革中的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)进行检测,其中顶空仪中样品加热温度为120℃、加热时间5h,样品中挥发出的VOCs归一为丙酮含量进行计算。结果表明,所测的34块皮革样品中,VOCs含量范围在60~190μgC/g之间。试验结果反映了目前皮革中VOCs的含量现状。 The volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in leather were determined by Headspace Gas - chromatography (HS - GC). The heating temperature for sample was 120℃ and heating time was 5h. The content of VOCs volatilized from sample was calculated as acetone. The results indicate that VOCs contents are in the range of 60 - 190μgC/g for the total 34 simples of leath- er. The test results reflect the present concentration level of VOCs in leather.
