摘要
目的评估FS200和VisuMax两种不同的飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术后患者视力和暗视下对比敏感度的不同。方法选取20例40眼行VisuMax飞秒激光制瓣LASIK手术(VisuMax组),20例40眼行FS200飞秒激光制瓣LASIK手术(FS200组)。观察术前及术后1周、1个月、3个月的裸眼视力(uncorrect visual acuity,UCVA)、屈光度、最佳矫正视力(best-corrected visual acuity,BCVA)和暗视下有无眩光状态下的对比敏感度。结果术后3个月时两组所有患者的UCVA均达到1.0及以上,有效指数为1.06±0.18(VisuMax组)和1.04±0.20(FS200组)(P=0.397),等效球镜为(0.11±0.22)D(VisuMax组)和(0.14±0.22)D(FS200组)(P=0.573),两组所有患者的等效球镜均在±1.00 D内,90.0%(VisuMax组)和87.5%(FS200组)的患者等效球镜在±0.50 D内(P=1.000),无患者出现BCVA下降,术后3个月时两组暗视无眩光情况下对比敏感度中频段均有提高(1.0∶5.0、1.0∶2.7),暗视有眩光下所有频段对比敏感度均提高,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),所有结果两组间差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论两种飞秒激光制瓣的LASIK术后的视力和暗视下对比敏感度变化是一致的,两种飞秒LASIK手术均有良好的有效性和可预测性。
Objective To compare the vision and mesopic contrast sensitivity outcomes after LASIK using two femtosecond platforms for flap creation. Methods The Visumax femtosecond platform was used to create the LASIK flap in 40 eyes (VisuMax group) ,while the FS200 femtosecond platform was used to create the LASIK flap in 40 eyes ( FS200 group). The preoperative, postoperative 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months uncorrected visual acuity ( UCVA), refraction, best corrected visual acuity ( BCVA), mesopic and mesopic-glare contrast sensitivity in the two groups were compared. Results Three months after femtosecond LASIK, UCVA in all eyes of VisuMax group and FS200 group was 1.0 or better, the mean efficacy index was 1.06 ± 0.18 in VisuMax group and 1.04 ±0.20 in FS200 group (P = 0. 397 ), the spherical equivalent refraction was(0.11 ±0.22)D in VisuMax group and(0.14 ±0.22)D in FS200 group(P =0.573) ; The spherical equivalent refraction in all eyes of two groups were within ±1. 00 D, 90.0% of eyes in VisuMax group and 87.5% of eyes in FS200 group were within ±0.50 D (P = 1. 000 ) ; No BCVA in either group decreased; The mesopic contrast sensitivity ( 1.0 : 5.0, 1.0 : 2.7 ) and all grades of mesopic-glare contrast sensitivity in the two groups were both improved ( all P 〈 0.05 ), there was no statistical difference in any clin- ical outcome between the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The results of LASIK with both femtosecond lasers are similar, and both platforms produce the efficacious and predictable LASIK outcomes.
