摘要 miR-183/96/182簇(miR-183/96/182 cluter,miR-183C)是一组在视网膜中高度表达的感觉器官特异性microRNA。近年来发现miR-183C在视网膜发育、分化和光感受器功能活动中发挥作用,并与眼部炎症、肿瘤、视网膜色素变性等疾病存在密切的联系。本文将对miR-183C在眼科学的研究进展,包括其在眼部组织的分布特点,以及对眼部组织的发育、生理和某些眼部疾病的基因调控等进行综述。 MiR-183/96/182(miR-183C) is a group of sensory organ-specific microR- NA ,which is highly expressed in the retina. Recent studies have indicated that miR-183C plays roles in retinal development, differentiation, and functions of photoreceptor. In addition,miR-183C is closely related in ocular inflammation,tumors and retinitis pigmentosa. This article reviews the major research advances about miR-183C in ophthalmology,including its expression characteristics in eye tissues, and gene regulation of miR- 183 C in the ocular development, physiology and pathology.
