中性粒细胞通过胞外捕网形成释放内源性危险信号参与肾脏疾病 被引量:4

摘要 中性粒细胞是外周血数量最多的白细胞,富含大量蛋白水解酶、溶酶体酶及抗微生物肽,是机体抵御病原体入侵的第一道防线。中性粒细胞生命周期极为短暂,一旦从骨髓释放入外周血,立即启动了程序性死亡即凋亡,随后被巨噬细胞及时清除,这种保护性机制避免了自身抗原的过度暴露。
