摘要
目的:探讨白芷总香豆素对大鼠疮疡模型的影响。方法:采用金黄色葡萄球菌感染制作大鼠疮疡模型,观察白芷总香豆素大、小剂量(200mg/kg、100mg/kg)对大鼠疮疡模型体征、愈合情况、脏器指数,脓液及血清中溶菌酶和免疫球蛋白含量的影响;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓的肿胀模型,观察白芷总香豆素大、小剂量对小鼠耳廓肿胀度的影响。结果:白芷总香豆素200mg/kg、100mg/kg对金黄色葡萄球菌造成的大鼠疮疡模型具有改善疮疡的症状,降低疮口愈合积分值,增加不同时间脓性分泌物和血清中溶菌酶和免疫球蛋白含量,增加胸腺指数和脾脏指数,还能减轻小鼠耳廓的肿胀度。结论:白芷总香豆素对大鼠疮疡模型治疗作用,其作用机制可能与抗炎、增强免疫功能有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Total Coumarin of Angelieae dahuricae (TCAD) on sores model. Methods: Establishing sores uleers rats model induced by subcutaneous injection staphylecoeeus aureus levitation liquid, to observe the effect of high(200mg/kg) and low (100mg/kg) dose of TCAD on living behavior, wound healing, viscera index, pus and serum levels of lysozyme and immunoglobulins in sores rats model. Establishing mice auricle swelling mode[ induced by xylene,to observe the effect of high and low dose of TCAD on anti-inflamma- tory. Results: High(200mg/kg) and low(100mg/kg) dose of TCAD could remarkably significantly improve the symptoms of ulcers sores and pathological changes, reduce heal integral calculus value, increase the pus and serum levels of lysozyme and immunoglobulins, increase viscera index, reduce the mice auricle swelling degree. Conclusion: TCAD has remarkable curative effect on sores ulcers rats model. The mechanisms of TCAD might be related to anti-inflammatory and enhance immune function.
