太白贝母的止咳、祛痰和抗炎作用研究

Effects of Taibai fritillaria for relieving cough,expelling phlegm,anti-inflammatory

目的:研究太白贝母的止咳、祛痰和抗炎作用。方法:采用小鼠氨水引咳法实验、豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法实验、小鼠气管段酚红实验、醋酸致小鼠腹腔通透性升高实验和二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验,观察太白贝母粉末和醇提物的止咳、祛痰和抗炎作用。结果:太白贝母粉末和醇提物的起效剂量分别为4g/kg和0.32g/kg,太白贝母粉末和醇提物的有效剂量范围分别为4g/kg^20g/kg和0.32g/kg^1.6g/kg。太白贝母粉末和醇提物能明显抑制氨水所致小鼠咳嗽,能明显延长枸橼酸致豚鼠咳嗽的潜伏期并减少咳嗽次数,能明显增加小鼠气管酚红的排泌量,能明显抑制醋酸致小鼠腹腔通透性升高,能明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀。结论:太白贝母粉末和醇提取有明显止咳、祛痰和抗炎作用,其效果与川贝母无明显差异。

Objects：To tudy the effects of relieving cough,expelling phlegm,anti-inflammatory of Taibai frifillaria. Methods： Using ammonia induced cough in mice experiment, citric acid in guinea pig induced cough experiment, mouse tracheal phenol red test, induced by acetic acid in mice peritoneal permeability increase of experiment and xylene induced mouse ear sweUing experiment, observation of Taipei fritillary powder and its alcohol extract of relieving cough, expelling phlegm, and anti-inflammatory effect. Results： Effective dose of the Taibai fritiilaria powder and its alcohol extract were 4g/kg and 0.32g/kg, effective dose range of The Taibai fritillaria powder and its alcohol extract were 4g/ kg - 20g/kg and 0.32g/kg - 1.6g/kg. The Taiba/fritiUaria powder and its alcohol extract could not only inhibit mice cough induced by concentrated ammonia sdution , prolong cough incubation period of guinea pig induced by citric acid and decrease the frequency of cough , en- hence the secretion of phenol red in trachea in mice, hut also inhibit the peritoneal permeability induced by acetic acid in mice increased, relieve mice ears edema induced by xylene even, which has the similar effects with the Sichuan fritinaria. Conclusion：The Taibai fritillaria powder and its alcohol extract has the obvious effects of relieving cough, removing sputumand anti-inflammatory, and has no significant difference with Sichuan fritillaria in such pharmacological effects.
