摘要
目的:探讨茉莉花根水、醇提取物对小鼠的镇痛和镇静、催眠作用,为开发和应用茉莉花根提供依据。方法:各组小鼠采用醋酸扭体法、热板法观察茉莉花根水、醇提取物的镇痛作用;用自主活动测定法观察该药物的镇静作用;用戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量实验和延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验评价其与戊巴比妥钠的协同作用。结果:茉莉花根水提物小鼠灌胃给药无镇痛和镇静、催眠作用。茉莉花根醇提物灌胃给药9.0g/kg、12.0g/kg、18.8g/kg剂量,均能减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数和减少热板法所致的小鼠足痛;能使小鼠的自主活动减少,增加入睡小鼠的只数;9.0g/kg组与18.8g/kg组均能明显延长小鼠睡眠时间。结论:茉莉花根醇提物具有一定镇痛和镇静、催眠的作用。
Objective: Explored the effect on the central nervous system of the water and alcohol extract of Jasmine root in mice to elucidate the working mechanism and to provide expremental basis for the development and application of jasmine root. Methods: Hot plate method and glacial acetic acid torsion body method are used to observe the analgesic action. The independent activity determination method is applied to observe the drug sedation action; Sodium pentobarbital synergy is taken to observe this drug’s hypnotic effect. Results: Aqueous extract of jasmine root no analgesic and sedative hypnotic effect. Alcohol extract of jasmine root( 9. 0,12. 0,18. 8 g /kg) can reduce mice body torsion times( P < 0. 05) and increase mice pain threshhold indicating its analgesic action( P < 0. 05). can make mice independent activity decreases indicating its sedative hypnotic effect; Alcohol extract of jasmine root( 9. 0,18. 8g /kg) has synergistic effect with pentobarbital sodium indicating its hypnotic effect( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Jasmine root alcohol extract have sedative-hypnotic effect and the effect of analgesia in mice.
