豨莶草汤对氢醌诱导的白癜风豚鼠的影响

Experimental study of Siegesbeckiae decoction on experimental vitiligo guinea pigs treated with hydroquinone

目的:研究豨莶草汤对氢醌诱导实验性白癜风豚鼠的影响。方法:采用5%氢醌制备实验性白癜风豚鼠模型,以白癜风胶囊(0.24g/kg)作对照,分别用低、中、高剂量(3.1g/kg、6.2g/kg、12.4g/kg)豨莶草汤进行治疗,肉眼观察各药物组治疗实验性白癜风豚鼠模型的疗效,并观察表皮基底细胞和棘细胞黑色素分布以及对豚鼠模型血液中胆碱酯酶(CHE)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量;各药物组对豚鼠模型黑色素吸光度及酪氨酸酶含量和血液流变学各项指标的影响。结果:豨莶草汤3.1g/kg、6.2g/kg、12.4g/kg对白癜风豚鼠模型均有良好的治疗作用,能明显增加皮肤表皮基底细胞和棘细胞黑色素分布和皮肤毛囊中黑色素,增强黑色素的吸光度以及增加酪氨酸酶的含量,降低血液中CHE、MAO及MDA含量,血液流变学的各项指标也有明显改善,并呈现良好的量效关系,与白癜风胶囊组比较也有显著性差异。结论:豨莶草汤对实验性白癜风豚鼠模型具有良好的治疗作用,其主要机制可能与促进血液循环,降低血液中CHE、MAO及MDA含量和增加酪氨酸酶含量,增加毛囊中黑色素数量,增加其吸光度等有关。

Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of Herba Siegesbeckiae decoction on experimental vitiligo guinea pigs induced by hydroquinone. Methods： To prepare the model experimental vitiligo guinea pigs by 5% hydroquinone. In vitiligo capsule（ 0. 24g / kg） as control group,the treatment group used low,moderate and high dose（ 3. 1g / kg,6. 2g / kg,12. 4g / kg） of Herba Siegesbeckiae decoction. To observe curative effect of all medicine groups treatment of experimental guinea pig model of vitiligo with macroscopic observation. and the epidermal basal and prickle cell melanin distribution as well as the guinea pig model of choline in blood cholinesterase（ CHE）,monoamine oxidase（ MAO）,malondialdehyde（ MDA） content. There were effects of each drug group on indexes of blood rheology,the content of tyrosinase and absorbance of melanin. Results： each dose group of herba Siegesbeckiae decoction has a good therapeutic effect on vitiligo guinea pigs model（ P ＆lt;0. 01）. could significantly increase the melanin distribution and skin hair follicle melanin of skin epidermal basal and prickle cell. To enhance absorption of melanin and increase tyrosinase content. Which decrease CHE,MAO and low MDA content in the blood and improve the indexes of blood rheology obviously. and showed good dose effect relationship. and had significant difference than vitiligo capsule group（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Conclusion： Herba Siegesbeckiae decoction has a good therapeutic effect on experimental vitiligo guinea pigs,and its main mechanisms may be related to promoting blood circulation,reduce blood CHE,MAO and MDA content and increasing the content of tyrosinase melanin,increasing the number of hair follicles,increasing its absorbance etc.
