摘要
研究了新型有机小分子抑制剂CM1在铜钼混合精矿浮选分离中对黄铜矿的抑制效果 ,并与常规抑制剂硫化钠和巯基乙酸的抑制效果进行对比 ,结果表明 :CM1不仅抑制效果更好 ,而且用量低 ,同时 ,其合成产率高、原料来源广泛、便宜、低毒 ,因而是一种理想的铜钼浮选分离抑制剂 .
A new organic depressant (termed as CM1) for the molybdenite and chalcopyrite flotation separation is studied. The flotation results show that the depressing effect of CM1 on chalcopyrite is better than those of sodium sulfide and thioglycollic acid, and the amount is much lower. In addition, the yield of synthesis of CM1 is high, and the raw materials for its synthesis are easily available, cheap and low in toxicity.
