摘要
风险投资是高新技术产品开发的启动器和助推器 ,减少投资的风险性 ,是企业和投资者关注的焦点 提出了建立科学的投资风险评价方法 ,使企业和投资者在全面分析风险因素的基础上 ,运用评价方法选择高新技术项目 ,优化投资结构 ,减少风险 ,提高投资效益 本评价方法结合我国国情和企业实际 ,建立了系统、完整的评价指标体系 ,给出了明确的评价标准 ,建立了模糊综合评价模型并进行实证运算 。
Discusses the way to work out a scientific measurement of investment risks to enable enterprises and investors to choose High tech,programs,optimize their investors structure,reduce risks and improve investment efficiency,and describes a systematic and complete measurement.index system measurement standards,a comprehensive fuzzy measurement method which can be used as a scientific and effective supplementary decision making tool.
