雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿研究进展 被引量：28

摘要 糖尿病黄斑水肿（DME）是糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）患者视力损害的主要原因之一.抗血管内皮生长因子类药物治疗DME是近年来研究的热点.玻璃体腔注射血管内皮生长因子单克隆抗体雷珠单抗（ranibizumab）能够减少视网膜血管渗漏,降低中央视网膜厚度,阻止视网膜新生血管形成,从而改善DME患者的视力、降低致盲率.多项雷珠单抗治疗DME的临床试验研究,均显示雷珠单抗能够显著改善DME患者最佳矫正视力,并减轻黄斑水肿,在治疗DME方面具有良好地应用前景.
