价值流转中的知识产权评估研究

Study on Intellectual Property Evaluation in the Transfer of the Value of Intellectual Property

知识产权等无形资产在现代经济社会中的地位越来越重要,知识产权价值的流转已成为社会经济生活中日益频繁和普遍的一种需求和现象。目前主要影响知识产权价值流转的,一是对知识产权的价值评估,二是对知识产权风险的分担和补偿,三是知识产权交易市场的建设与完善。从促进知识产权流转的角度出发,通过对知识产权价值评估难的分析,提出知识产权价值评估应遵循的客观标准,并对如何坚持市场化取向、主观把握好知识产权价值评估做了具体的探讨。

The intangible assets such as intellectual property rights are playing a more and more important role in the modem economic society. The transfer of the value of intellectual property has been a kind of frequent and general demand in society at present. There are three factors affecting the transfer of right value. The first is the evaluation of IPRs. The second is the sharing and compensation of IPRs. The last one is the construction and improvement of the market. This article from the perspective of promoting the transfer of IPRs and based on the analysis of the difficulty of IPRs evaluation, holds that the value assessment of IPRs should obey the objective standards. Also, the article discusses the problem of how to adhere to marketing orientation and how to well understand the evaluation of IPRs.
