在城镇化进程中人们对职业教育提出了更多的期待和要求,面对培养目标、专业结构以及办学模式与城镇化要求不相符的困境,扩大职业教育范畴、构建现代职业教育体系、促进人们终身学习和发展成为职业教育的发展趋势。通过扩大职业教育院校的办学自主权、构建多元化融资渠道、加强政策支持与保障力度、构建多层次现代职业教育体系等来寻求职业教育转型发展之路。

The vocational education is proposed more anticipations and demands in the urbanization process. Facing the difficult position which the raising goal, the specialized structure as well as the school pattern does not match the urbanization request ,vocational education will be transformed by expanding the concept of vocational education,promoting the human lifelong learning and development as well as building a modern vocational education system. Seek to develop vocational education transformation path expanding school autonomy of vocational education institutions by building a diversified financing channels, strengthening policy support and protection efforts,and building a multi-level modern vocational education system.
