摘要
近年来,随着奶牛规模化养殖程度的不断提高,规模奶牛场的环境污染问题日益严重。美国是世界奶业最发达的地区之一,为防治奶业环境污染问题,各级政府纷纷颁布了一系列奶业环境污染防治法规和政策。在奶业环境污染防治法规和政策的限定下,规模化奶牛养殖场不断探索粪污清理及处理工艺。文章在介绍美国奶牛养殖业概况的基础上,详细阐述了其针对规模化养殖制定的环境污染防治政策,总结了其牛场粪污处理所采用的三种主要模式,旨在为我国规模化奶牛场环境控制提供可借鉴的经验。
With the improving large-scale breeding, the dairy farms have brought growing environmental problems. As one of the most developed area for dairy industry, US have set up a series of laws and regulations to control the environmental contamination of dairy farms, which forced the large-scale dairy farms to explore manure cleansing and treatment technologies. Based on the introduction of large-scale milk cows breeding and environmental pollution laws in US, this paper summarized three manure treatment models of US dairy farms, which aimed at providing referential experience for environmental control of large-scale dairy farms in China.
