绿色生态社区的建设与评价——以广州亚运城为例

On the Construction and Evaluation of Green Ecological Community: A Case Study of Guangzhou Asian Games City

绿色生态社区的建设应以可持续发展理念为指导,既要节约资源能源,又要达到人居环境舒适。以广州亚运城为例,从土地利用与选址、社区模式、绿化系统、社区街道交通系统、水资源环境系统、能源系统、建材资源、生活垃圾管理、环境质量等九个方面对其进行分析与评价,从而为我国绿色生态社区的建设提供参考和借鉴。

Green ecological community construction should be guided by the concept of sustainable development, which should save energy resources and achieve comfortable living environment. Taking Guangzhou Asian Games City as an example, this paper analyzes and evaluates it from nine aspects such as land use and location, community pattern, greening system, community street and traffic system, energy system, building material, water resource and environment system, waste management, and environmental quality, with the purpose for providing reference for the construction of green ecological community in our country.
