摘要
介绍了以十二烷基苯磺酸锌作为色谱固定相的玻璃毛细管柱的制备过程 ,并且对它们的分离性能进行了研究。实验表明 ,这种色谱固定相不但对弱极性或中等极性的物质 ,如烷烃、芳烃、酮类、酯类有较好的分离能力 ,而且对极性较强的羧酸类物质更具有独特的分离能力 ,且可直接进样进行定量分析。
The preparing processes of glass capillary column of zine dodecyl benzene sulphonate as chromatographic stationary phase are introduced and their separate characters are studied. The experimental results show that the chromatographic stationary phase has fine distinct separate performances to the substances not only weak polarity or medium polarity such as alkane, aromatics and lipin but also carboxylic acids which are strong polarity, and the quantitative analysis can be done directly.
