摘要
针对轴控式机车发生轴重转移时轮轨粘着力分布发生改变的情况,改进轴重转移算法。以某六轴和某四轴机车为例分别进行计算,通过与不考虑粘着牵引力分布影响的算法计算结果做对比,证明一般情况下2种算法算得的最大轮对减载率会有一定的差异,考虑轮轨粘着力的分布不均更利于反应轴控式机车的轴重转移实际情况。利用这种改进算法,对2种机车的最佳牵引点高度分别进行了优化选择。
Considering the distribution of adhesive force varying with the axle load, the arithmetic of axle load transfer should be improved. Taking a six-axis and a four-axis locomotive as cases respectively, arithmetic with considering and no considering adhesive force distribution was compared, the results of which showed that max wheel-set load-reducing ratio was different, and the former arithmetic reflected the real condition of the axle load transfer better. With the improved method, the optimum traction height of the both locomotives was optimized.
