摘要
针对CRH3型动车组变流器冷却风扇的失效情况,分析了列车的振动工况,利用有限元软件对风扇进行了模态分析和强度分析。根据风扇振动模态和应力分布情况,确定了原结构强度的薄弱位置,与实际失效情况吻合。进行合理改进后,结构强度和安全性得到大幅提高,改进后固有频率有效避开了车体振动频率,避免了与车体的共振。最后对螺栓孔处裂纹进行了超声检测,检测效果良好,能够区分裂纹的大小和位置。
Aimed at the cooling fan failures of CRH3 EMUs, combined the train vibration condition, conducted modal analysis and strength analysis of the cooling fan were carried out based on the finite element software. Previous structure weak area was found according to the modals and stress distribution of the structure, which was in accordance with the actual failures. After reasonable improvement, the structural strength of the fan support frame was increased, and at the same time, the natural frequency avoided the car-body resonance frequency. Finally, cracks on bolt hole were tested by ultrasonic, the testing results were good and able to distinguish the sizes and locations of the cracks.
