高性能丙烯酸酯结构胶的研制

Preparation of high performance acrylic structural adhesive

二代丙烯酸酯结构胶具有诸多优异的性能,但是耐水性、耐热性依然存在不足。本文使用丙烯酸酯橡胶、MBS树脂、自制离子促进剂、复配阻聚剂、巯基偶联剂以及三环癸烷二甲醇二丙烯酸酯等制备出固化平稳、胶层柔韧、耐水耐热性能良好的二代丙烯酸酯结构胶。该结构胶固化放热平稳,本体断裂伸长率可达50%。

The second generation acrylic structural adhesive has many excellent properties,but it still has some deficiencies in water resistance and heat resistance.In this paper,a second generation acrylic structural adhesive with smoothly curability,the cured film of which has good flexibility and resistances to heat and water,was prepared with the acrylic rubber,MBS resin,a self-made ion promoter,the compounded inhibitor,the thiol coupling agent and tricyclodecane dimethylol diacrylate.The heat release of curing of the structural adhesive is smooth and the cured has a bulk enlongation at break of 50%..
