A new efficacious way for filtering of polyester hot-melt adhesive

介绍一种有效的热熔胶粘剂过滤的新方法。为了保证产品的质量,在230℃左右,对高黏度熔融胶体进行过滤,以达到去除夹杂的固体杂质颗粒、焦块和团块状凝胶目的。该方法的过滤装置采用单筒结构,多个终缩聚釜可共用一个过滤装置。在过滤装置中安装多个特殊的过滤组件,过滤物料在一定压力的推动下均由滤芯外部向其内部流动,并从滤芯下端流出进入水下切粒工序。该方法过滤效率高,胶粒质量好。对设计用于高温高黏度胶体生产的熔体过滤器具有参考价值。

In polyester industry, a new efficacious way for filtering of polyester hot-melt adhesive was introduced.In order to getting better product,the high viscous hot-melt adhesive was filtered at about 230℃ to remove the solid granular impurity and the used for several polycondensation kettles.Several special filtering modules are installed in the device,the filtered materials are drived to flow from the outside into the inside of the filter elements and discharged from the bottom of the elements into the water for sized dicing.For the new way the filtering efficiency is high and the obtained adhesive granules have better quality.There are reference value foe the designment of melten mass filter in high viscosity adhesive production at high temperature.
