水性材料在医药包装行业中的应用

Application of water-based materials in pharmaceutical packaging industry

目前国内在医药包装行业普遍使用溶剂型凹版油墨、OP/VC剂、复合胶粘剂,具有毒性大、成本高、易燃易爆、溶剂残留影响药物质量等缺陷,在医药包装行业中应用水性材料已是大势所趋。主要介绍了水性凹版油墨、水性OP/VC剂、水性复合胶粘剂的研究进展,及在医药包装行业中的应用,并对未来的发展做出了展望。

At present, the solvent-based gravure inks , OP / VC materials, laminating adhesives were commonly used in the pharmaceutical packaging industry .These chemicals were toxic , high cost , flammable and solvent residual,which affect the packaging security.The potential application of the water-based materials instead of the solvent-based materials in the pharmaceutical packaging industry will realized in future. This paper described the latest research progress on the aqueous gravure inks , water-based OP/VC materials and aqueous laminating adhesives, also described the applications of these water-based materials in the pharmaceutical packaging industry.At last,the prospect development of pharmaceutical packaging industry was presented.
