亚健康及不良生活习惯对心率变异风险的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立亚健康人群心率变异的风险评估参数,为亚健康的干预提供实验依据。根据《非体力劳动者亚健康评估参考标准》的调查表以及生活习惯调查问卷筛选出40~59岁无心血管疾病的亚健康和健康女性人群,分别测定心率变异各项指标。方法:心率变异采用韩国美迪克公司的SA-3000PMEDICORE心率变异分析仪记录心率变异情况。结果:亚健康组SDNN均小于健康组,两组之间具有显著性差异(P〈0.05);亚健康组 PSI 大于健康组,两组之间具有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01)。从心率变异与生活习惯的相关问卷分析结果得出,心率变异与影响身心健康的噪音污染有显著相关。结论:本研究证实,亚健康中老年女性安静时心率变异标准差低于30.81ms,身体压力指数大于79,可以考虑将这些指标用于亚健康状态人群的测查与评估,能够及早发现,及时诊断,改善亚健康状态,促使处于亚健康状态的人群及早恢复健康状态。随着噪音污染程度的加重,人体经常处于疲劳状态,加上外界压力加大,身体交感、副交感平衡破坏,导致自主神经功能紊乱,机体对外界调节能力下降,无法对外在和内在压力做出适当的机能自我调节。 Objective:To establish the sub-health risk assessment of the crowd heart rate variability, and to provide experimental evidence for the sub-health intervention. According to "non-manual sub-health assessment reference standard questionnaire and life questionnaire screen out sub-health and healthy women of 40 to 59 years without cardiovascular disease. We measured heart rate variability parameters Methods:Heart rate variability was measured by South Korea's US-Dick-SA-3000P.Results:In quiet time, SDNN and RMSSD of the experimental group were significantly less than that of the control group(P〈0.05);HR and PSI of the experimental group were significantly greater than that of the control group(P〈0.01). From the analysis results, heart rate variability and noise pollution affect the physical and mental health were significantly related to heart rate variability and lifestyle questionnaire. Conclusions:This study demonstrated that sub-healthy middle-aged women resting heart rate variability standard deviation of less than 30.81ms physical pressure index greater than 79, consider these indicators can be used to check the measurement and evaluation of sub-health state population to the early detection, timely diagnosis, to improve the sub-health state, prompting the crowd in a healthy condition early recovery of health status. With the severity of noise pollution, the body is often a state of fatigue, external pressure increased, body sympathetic, parasympathetic balance destruction, resulting in dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system, the body dropped to the outside world the ability to regulate, not external and internal pressure to make appropriate the function of self-regulation.
