摘要
在沙保弱培养基中加入杏叶水煎液 ,对 3株酵母菌进行了液体培养 ,结果表明杏叶水煎液对酵母菌具有极强的促增殖作用 ;培养 4 8h,最高增殖率比对照提高 4 0 %。
It reports the influence of apricot leaf decoction for the yeast propagation. The results showed that the apricot leaf decoction can increase the propagation coefficient of yeast obviously. When the yeasts were cultured for 48 hours, the propagation coefficient of test was more 40% than ck.
