城乡二元结构造成农村外语教育发展滞后。外语教育城镇化是城镇化的重要组成部分,能够消除城乡二元结构对农村外语教育的不利影响,改善农村外语教学条件,提高农村人口的外语水平。智慧城市建设与外语教育城镇化整合能够保证资源优化配置,促进外语教育城镇化顺利进行。

Dual structure between urban and rural areas lags the development of foreign language education in rural area. Foreign language education urbanization is an important part of urbanization, which can eliminate the urban-rural dual structure＇s adverse impact on the rural foreign language education, with the improvement on rural conditions of foreign language teaching and enhancement on the peasant foreign language level. The integration of foreign language education urbanization and wisdom city will ensure optimal allocation of resources and promote the foreign language education urbanization.
