高等职业教育所面临的招考改革是新的机遇和挑战,为此,需要我们积极应对。针对目前高职院校普遍存在生源紧缺、人才培养质量不高、竞争加剧的现实,分析高职院校在人才培养方面存在的不足,指出要根据现实的变化,采取相应措施,大胆改革现有的不利于人才培养的习惯与做法,不断研究和探索高等职业教育的人才培养规律,确保办学规模稳定,提升人才培养质量和学校的竞争实力,加快发展步伐。

The enrollment reform of higher vocational education is a new challenge which needs us to meet positively. Short- age of students, low quality of talents and increased competition are the common phenomena of vocational colleges. The arti- cle analyzes the disadvantages existing in the talent training and points out that some measures should be taken so as to en- sure the stability of students,imprnve the quality of talents and competitiveness of colleges.
