The application of cloud computing brings new methods on collaborating and sharing government information resource. This paper provides analysis on the cloud computing development environment and features of government information resources as well as reviews the system structure and service logic of its collaborative development. With summarizing the latest development of information resource exploitation and utilization with the method of cloud computing, it also proposes policy suggestions on how the government propels the socialization development of information resource.
