肿瘤整形技术在乳腺癌保乳术中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 随着乳腺癌早期诊断率和综合治疗水平的提高,患者的生存期得以明显延长.也使临床上对改善术后乳房的外形与提高生活质量给予了更加的关注.另一方面,乳腺癌的治疗也从以往注重局部治疗的“唯手术论”向更加注重早期开始全身综合治疗的模式转变.随之在外科治疗中,“最小有效治疗”的观念逐渐替代了“可以耐受的最大治疗”这一传统观念.如何在根治性切除肿瘤的同时尽量保留乳房外形,将切除与修复完美结合,成为近年来临床研究的热点话题.肿瘤整形外科（Oncoplastic surgery,OPS）也在此研究热潮中应运而生.
