摘要
选用了一种改性芳香胺来固化TDE—85环氧树脂,得到了一种耐热性、 工艺性及机 械性能都很好的环氧树脂基体,并结合FT—IR,DSC及凝胶化时间的测试分析对该基体的固化 反应进行了研究.优化了固化工艺制度,并对该基体的T—700碳纤维复合材料的性能进行了研 究.实验证明,该基体与碳纤维粘结良好,纤维强度转化率最高可达86.5%,可用作碳纤维复合材 料湿法缠绕成型用高性能树脂基体.
Through applying a modified aromatic diamine to cure TDE-85 epoxy resin, a formula with high heat resistance, mechanical and processing properties is derived. According to the analysis of FT-IR, DSC and measurements of gel-time, the curing reaction is studied and the curing regulation is also modified. Through the study on the properties of its T-700 carbon composites, the matrix is proved that it can cohere well with carbon fiber and the fiber strength transforming coefficient is high up to 86.5%.
