摘要
针对现在手动测试射频模块各项指标的局限性,介绍了射频模块自动测试系统的工作原理、系统构建和软件设计等,用VEE软件的复选框控件,根据需要选择测试项目,对程控电源、信号源、程控开关、频谱仪和功率计进行控制,通过切换开关实现多路信号切换,完成了射频模块各项性能指标测试和数据存储,提高了测试的效率和准确性。试验表明,该系统运行正常,能满足当前测试任务的需要,并已成功应用于射频模块的性能测试和环境试验中。
Amplifier is an important part in communication circuits. To overcome the limitation of current manual testing, this pa-per describes the application of test techniques to build a test platform, in which test items can be selected according to the require-ments. The programmable power supply, signal generator, spectrum analyzer and power meter can be controlled to complete the test and data collection, improving the testing efficiency and accuracy. Tests show that the automatic test system runs successfully, which can meet the needs of the current testing tasks and can be applied in the amplifier test.
