老年高血压患者血浆内皮素变化及福辛普利对其的影响

Effect of fosinopril on plasma endothlin level in senile essential hypertersion

目的 了解老年高血压病患者血浆内皮素变化及福辛普利对其的影响。方法 测定5 2例老年EH患者和 2 5例健康老年人血浆内皮素浓度 ,并对EH组予福辛普利治疗 4周后复测内皮素。结果 Ⅰ期EH组内皮素浓度与对照组比较差异无显著性 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ期则明显高于对照组 ,且随分期逐级增高。福辛普利治疗 4周后 ,随血压下降 ,内皮素浓度亦明显降低。结论 内皮素与EH的发生和发展密切相关 ,福辛普利能在有效地控制血压的同时明显降低血浆内皮素浓度。

Objective To explore the change of plasma endothelin(ET) in old patients with essential hypertensives(EH) and the effect of fosinopril levels on them.Methods The plasma ET levels were measured in 52 old EH and 25 old healthy subjects,the formers were measured again after fosinopril treatment.Results The plasma ET in EH stage Ⅰ and old healthy groups had no significant difference,but in EH stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ,the plasma ET was significantly higher than those in old healthy groups,ET level rised with EH stage.After 4 weeks of fosinopril treatment,ET level in EH decreased significantly with the reduction of blood pressure.Conclution ET is closely related to development and progression of EH.Fosinopril reduces the plasma ET when the blood pressure is effectively controlled.
