摘要
针对二维断层扫描图片存在不便于进行病理分析的问题,综合Mimics和Ansys这两种软件各自的优点,通过对原始CT断层图像数据(*.dicom)进行处理,阐述应用这两种软件进行生物力学有限元分析的主要过程。以人体膝关节为研究对象,基于Mimics和Ansys软件,利用CT断层图像重建膝关节三维模型,仿真分析人体膝关节在承受压力和摩擦力时的应力、位移应变等情况,运用多种方式对加载分析的结果进行处理,为临床研究膝关节疾病的预防和治疗提供相关参考对人工假体的设计具有一定的指导意义。
Two-dimensional CT scanning images are not convenient for pathological analysis. In light of this, we synthesise the respective advantages of two software, Mimics and Ansys, and expound the main process of applying these two software in finite element analysis of biomechanics by dealing with the primitive CT scanning images ( *. dicom). Human knee joint is taking for the study object, based on Mimics and Ansys software, we use CT image to reconstruct 3D model of knee joint, analyse through simulation the states of stress and displacement strain of a knee joint under the condition of pressure and fiction, and then employ multiple means to process the outcomes of loaded analyses. These provide correlated reference for the prevention and treatment of clinical knee joint diseases, and have certain guiding significance to the artificial prosthesis designs as well.
